Houston, We Have a Solution.

At our February 2021 event, we shared that before the covid-19 pandemic, 65% of our graduate interns were permanently employed and due to the effects of Covid-19 on businesses, families and South Africa as a whole, that figure dropped drastically to 27%.

At present, we are greatly encouraged to report that the intern graduate employment rate recovered to 45%. It confirms that our internship programme does deliver employability! This encourages us to persevere towards our Big Hairy Audacious Goal of placing 100 000 youth in permanent jobs by 2030. We hope to inject considerable momentum into the recruitment drive for new intern candidates for profiling and placement.
