The training was given once a month for two hours per session. We covered various topics that a business faces in its life span. In the coaching session some patrons were about to venture into their lifetime goal of starting their own business, some were newly start-up’s while others have been in business for fifteen years. 

The facilitator is a highly dynamic, knowledgeable, and experienced individual, with the ability to get participants to really examine one’s business, identifying the motivation behind it, the strengths the business has, the potential threats and weakness to identify the “First Step” to greater opportunities.

The coaching and training I received through this programme were pivotal in the launch and growth of my business and empowered me to make important changes in many other aspects of my work and life.  This is a well-crafted program that meets the needs of a wide range of clientele – from start-up businesses to executives who have worked in industry for many years

As a small business entrepreneur I attended ten sessions of the Around Ten Cluster Coaching Programme. The overall experience has been one of instant growth and focused strategic planning for Erah Signs (Pty) Ltd.
